Vehicle Groomer – Full-time & Casual
Responsibilities
We’re currently looking for a Vehicle Groomer to join our busy team and assist with:
- washing and vacuuming our customers’ vehicles after they have been serviced in our workshop,
- keeping our courtesy loan vehicles clean, tidy and hygienic,
- ensuring stock vehicles are cleaned and kept in yard ready condition between test drives ,
- grooming and detailing new and used vehicles for delivery to customers, and
- applying aftermarket surface protection to vehicle interiors and exteriors.
We’re looking for someone with initiative, strong attention to detail, excellent listening and communication skills, and who also has the right attitude to complement our existing friendly staff and team environment.
What you will bring to the role and our culture
- Fast and efficient vehicle grooming skills,
- Attention to cleanliness and detail,
- The ability to work unsupervised, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment,
- A full drivers licence – and can drive manual vehicles,
- Some understanding of spoken English is required but complete fluency not essential.
Attitude is more important than experience for this position, as full training will be provided. Previous appointees to this position have successfully transitioned into permanent roles within the vehicle preparation centre, workshop or parts department.
